Out of town guests are welcome (but not required!) to utilize our discounted room block at the Boston Marriott Cambridge (1 block from the classroom) - located at 50 Broadway, Cambridge, MA 02142. The rate is $379 per night plus taxes. To do so, please include your name, check in date, and check out date on your RSVP Form and we will add you to the list. You will be asked for a Credit Card for the reservation upon arrival and you are responsible for payment for your stay.

FAQs
How do I get to the classroom or other locations?
MIT Sloan School of Management is located at 100 Main Street Cambridge. On May 17 and 18 we will be in Building E62, on Floor 2, in Classroom 262.
Building E62 has a wonderful cafe with lots of lounge seating that opens at 8am and stays open until 8pm. Great for calls, work, meetups, or hunger that can’t be satisfied by the food we are serving for lunch!
The Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship is located at 1 Amherst St. Cambridge. On May 19 we will be in Building E40, in Rooms 175 & 175A.
Parking Options:
- Hayward Garage: Entrances at 33 Amherst Street & 55 Wadsworth Street, Cambridge, MA
- East Garage: 5 Cambridge Center – Ames St./Broadway, Cambridge, MA
- One Memorial Drive Garage: Entrance is on Memorial Drive, Cambridge, MA

What is the dress code?

COVID-19 protocols?
Face coverings are optional for all attendees of indoor events at MIT. Do not attend if you are experiencing symptoms or have been directly exposed recently. Consider testing before your arrival. Rapid tests will be on hand should you want to use them.
What is the Ocean MBA?
Propeller’s Ocean MBA is an intensive bootcamp for ocean-climate founders, meant to accelerate your startup phase with knowledge, network, feedback, and funding for a select few.
Who should attend the Ocean MBA?
Early stage founders/founding teams working on ocean-climate startups with “narwhal” potential. The curriculum is geared toward the business aspects of startup, and is ideal for scientists/engineers, but the program pushes any founder (even actual MBAs) further, faster.
What are the terms and costs of participating in the Ocean MBA?
There are no guarantees of investment, nor any equity taken for participating in the Ocean MBA. The Ocean MBA is free.
Do we have to attend in person?
The curriculum and related exercises are all in-person only. Exceptions will only be made in the case of emergencies/health issues.
What stage of companies are accepted into the Ocean MBA?
From solo founder starting out to formed teams with some funding (grant or equity) through seed stage.
Can we bring our whole team?
Two cofounders is best. Solo founders or teams of three are also acceptable.
